3 killed in Comilla road crash
Three people were killed and five others injured in a road accident on the Comilla-Noakhali Highway at Batabaria area in Comilla on Wednesday afternoon.
The identity of the victims could not be known immediately.
Highway police said the accident took place around 4.15 pm as a Noakhali-bound bus collided head-on with a Comilla-bound truck in the area, leaving three people dead and five others injured.
The injured were admitted to different hospitals in Comilla.
