RMCH Covid-19 unit counts another day of zero fatality

Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) recorded zero fatality in its Covid-19 unit in the last 24 hours till 6am today, reports BSS.

RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani told newsmen that the hospital also recorded zero deaths on December 16, also on December 10, on December 5, December 2 and a couple of days in November.

Meanwhile, a total of 20 patients, including five tested positive for Covid-19, are undergoing treatment in the designated unit of the hospital at present.

On the other hand, one more patient detected positive for Covid-19 after testing 188 samples in Rajshahi's laboratory on Sunday, showing a 0.53 percent positivity rate.
