DU teacher Jamal dies of cancer

Jamal Khan, a teacher of Geography and Environment Department of Dhaka University, has died of cancer. He was 53.
He breathed his last at 6am on Saturday while undergoing treatment at Labaid Hospital in the capital.
His colleague Professor Mohammad Safi Ullah, confirmed the death to Jago News.
He left behind his wife, a daughter and many well-wishers to mourn his death.
Jamal will be buried at Martyred Intellectual Graveyard in Mirpur. Earlier, his namaz-e-janaza will be held at DU’s central mosque premises after Zuhr prayer.
