2 cows die as plane hits them on Cox’s Bazar airport runway
Two cows were killed when a Bangladesh Biman Airlines plane hit them on Cox’s Bazar airport runway while taking off from there on Tuesday evening.
In this connection, Jago News reporter called Cox’s Bazar Airport Manager Md Golam Mutoza over phone but he didn’t received the call.
Seeking anonymity, some officials of the airport confirmed the incident to Jago News.
However, 94 passengers on board were unharmed.
The plane safely landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 7:05pm, according to the airport sources.
