Trawler capsize in Turag: 3 bodies recovered, 4 missing

Bodies of three people were recovered and four others went missing after a trawler capsized in Turag River at Amin Bazar area in the capital on Saturday.

Three teams of divers are working to rescue the missing people.

Lima Khanom, Duty Officer of Fire Service Headquarters, confirmed the matter to Jago News.  

She said the trawler capsized at 8:50am. Later, three teams of divers were sent to the spot. They recovered bodies of three people. A woman and two children are among the deceased. Identities of them could not be known immediately.
