Journalist Arun Basu passes away

Journalist and Prothoma Prokashan’s coordinator Arun Basu has passed away. He was 68.
He breathed his last on Thursday morning while undergoing treatment at Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital.
He left behind his wife, a child and many well-wishers to mourn his death.
Arun was admitted to the hospital on October 5. He tested positive for Coronavirus.
He was born on November 10 in 1953 in Faridpur. He was the member of Dhaka Journalists’ Union.
