51 more die in Khulna division in 24 hours

The death toll from Coronavirus has risen to 1,376 in ten districts of Khulna division as 51 more people died in the last 24 hours.

Besides, 1,732 more people tested positive for the virus, raising the number of such cases to 67,531.

Rasheda Sultana, Director of Divisional Health Directorate, confirmed the information to Jago News on Thursday. 

Of the deceased, twenty-one were from Khulna, six from Jashore, three each from Narail, Magura, Jhenaidah, Chuadanga, ten from Kushtia and one each from Bagerhat and Meherpur, she said.

Earlier on Wednesday, Khulna division reported record 60 deaths from Coronavirus and 1,900 new cases.
