17 die at RMCH’s Corona unit

Seventeen more people died at the Corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) in the last 24 hours. Eight of those died of Coronavirus and the rest died from of its symptoms. 

Dr Saiful Ferdous, Deputy Director of RMCH, confirmed the deaths to Jago News on Saturday. 

He said, seventeen people died of Coronavirus and its symptoms at the different wards of the hospital from 8am on Friday to 8am on Saturday. 

Of the deceased, nine people are from Rajshahi, four from Chapainawabganj, two each from Natore and Naogaon, he added.
