Lockdown in Naogaon extended

The lockdown in Naogaon municipality and Niamatpur upazila in Naogaon district has been extended for seven more days to June 16, relaxing the conditions.

The district administration made the announcement in a press conference around 1:30pm on Wednesday.

During the lockdown, shops, shopping malls, and markets are allowed to operate from 7am to 6pm following the health guidelines but the tea stalls will remain shut.
