Govt allows use of Sinovac vaccine
The Directorate General of Drug Administration has approved the emergency use of China's Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine in the country.
On June 3, the drug regulator also authorized Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd to distribute the jab on behalf of the Chinese biopharmaceutical company following an application, a press release said on Monday morning.
Bangladesh has, so far, allowed the emergency use of five vaccines - Oxford–AstraZeneca, Sputnik V, Sinopharm, Pfizer, and Sinovac.
