Hefazat leader Junayed Al Kasemi arrested

Criminal Investigation Department of Police has arrested Hefazat-e-Islam leader Junayed Al Kasemi from Brahmanbaria in connection with the violence centering Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Bangladesh visit.
Jisanul Haque Jisan, Senior Police Superintendent (media) of CID, confirmed the arrest to Jago News.
Kasemi was being taken to CID’s headquarters in Dhaka from Brahmanbaria for the investigation, the police officer said.
