Red alert at 68 prisons

Red alert has been issued from Friday night at 68 jails of the country in fear of sabotage.

Inspector General of prison Brigadier General Syed Ifterkhar Uddin issued the order this on Friday evening.

The alert will continue until the further notice is issued, he added.

Moreover, authorities have been ordered to take stern action against negligence. Roaming outside the prison has been prohibited and car parking lot in front of the gate ordered to keep close.
