Army chief receives Covid-19 vaccine

Bangladesh Army chief General Aziz Ahmed has received coronavirus vaccine at Combined Military Hospital in capital Dhaka.  

After being vaccinated, he urged all to receive coronavirus vaccine not paying heed to rumour.

The Army chief also expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister for well arrangement of the inoculation for common people and army members.

The Inter Service Public Relation Directorate (ISPR) made the disclosure in a press release on Sunday.

Bangladesh on January 27 began coronavirus vaccination programme, and launched the same nationwide on February 7.
