Four people were killed and two others injured as a truck rammed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Sadar upazila of Sherpur district on Sunday morning.
Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately. They all were passengers of the three-wheeler.
Sadar Police Station officer in-charge Abdullah Al Mamun said a truck hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Bajitkhila Mirzapur area around 8:30am, leaving three dead on the spot and three others injured.
Among the injured, one died after he was being taken to a hospital, he added.
