Man held with 2000 Yaba pills at Kamalapur Station

Railway police arrested an allegedly Yaba trader and recovered 2000 pieces of Yaba pills from his possession at Kamalapur Railway Station on Wednesday morning.

The arrestee was identified as Abdul Mannan, 35.

Abdul Majid, Officer in charge of Kamalapur Railway Station told Jagonews that, on secret information law enforcers challenged Abdul Manna and recovered 2000 pieces of Yaba pills from his possession around 9 am.

Mannan just arrived at the station by ‘Chotrola Express’ train from Chittagong at about 8:30am, the OC added.

A case was filed under narcotics act with GRP police station in this connection.
