Three Bangladeshis die inhaling toxic gas in Saudi

Three expatriate Bangladeshi nationals, including a man and his nephew, have died after inhaling toxic gas while cleaning a septic tank in the city of Taif of Saudi Arabia.

The deceased were identified as Liton Mia, 35, son of Ajgar Ali, of Daudkandi upazila in Cumilla, his nephew (sister's son) Mehidy Hasan, 22, son of Khokan Mia, of Matlab municipality, and Mohammad Faisal, 23, son of Gias Uddin, of Kachua in Chandpur. 

The incident took place on Sunday.

Masud, cousin of deceased Mehidy, confirmed the matter.

The bodies, however, have been kept in a hospital morgue in Taif, he said, adding that the process of sending them home is going on.
