Medical assistant 'kills self' over family conflict

A medical assistant of a private clinic committed suicide over family conflict in Chuadanga municipality on Thursday night, police said.

Deceased ASM Mirazul Hasan Tushar worked with Impact Masudul Haq Memorial Community Center as medical assistant.

Quoting family members, Sadar Police Station officer in-charge Abu Zihad Fakhrul Alam Khan said Tushar's mother Torulata Mondal found her son hanging from the ceiling fan in their house at Sadek Ali Mallikpara on Friday morning.

Being informed, police went to spot and found a suicide note beside dead Tushar that read, 'I ASM Mirazul Islam (Tushar) voluntarily and consciously took my own life. None has link behind my suicide. Sorry mother. 12.40am,' he added. 

Torulata said her son had been suffered from depression for last several days, and would rarely talk to others. 

However, an unnatural death case has been filed with the police station in this connection, OC Fakhrul added.
