No bus ticket for June 30 and July 4

Advance bus tickets on June 30 and July 4 for Eid holiday have already been sold.

Hundreds of people waited in queues at inter-district bus counters since early morning, but most of them could not buy tickets on Tuesday morning.

Visiting several bus counters in the capital, this correspondent saw chaotic scenes there as many people could not get tickets for their desired dates.

Earlier on Monday morning, the advance bus ticket sales started for homebound people ahead of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.

During visit at some counters of Gabtoli and Kallyanpur it was seen that there was no rush for ticket alike Monday, only few people were waiting for tickets.

Amin Nabi, Counter Manager of SR said tickets of June 30 and July 4 have already out of market but tickets for July 1, 2, 3, and 5 are available.

Few tickets have reserved for law enforcers and journalist a head of Eid. This time a person will be allowed to buy a maximum of four tickets.

Tickets for travelling between July 24 and 28 can be purchased in advance during the July 20-24 period. Return tickets would be available from July 27.
