4 arrested over Ctg double murder

Police arrested four people in connection with the murder of two Thai Food workers in Panchlaish area of Port city on Tuesday.

The arrestees were identified as Sajeeb, Sayem, Faruk and Sagor, workers of Thai Food factory of Hamjarbagh of the city.

Sub Inspector of Panchlaish Police Station Biplob said in several drives police arrested the four accused of two Thai Food workers murder form different parts of the city on Tuesday morning.

Earlier, two Thai Food workers Mizanur Rahmna, 17, and Md Eyasin, 18, were hacked to dead at M Nazer Government Primary School field and Amin Colony field of Panchlaish and Bayazid area respectively following an enmity over female issue on Monday night.

Family members of the victims filed a case in this connection against Sajeeb, Sayem, Faruk, Sagor and 15 others in the night.
