Construction worker killed at Rampura

A construction worker was killed as he fell from the roof of seven-storey building in the city’s Rampura area on Sunday.

The deceased was identified as Alomgir Hossain, in his thirty.

Witness said construction worker Alomgir suddenly fell from the roof of the seven-storey building while he was working there in afternoon, leaving him unconscious.

Later, he was whisked off to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
