Foreigner among two hackers held in city

Members of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime Unit of Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested two members including a foreigner of an email hacker gang from city’s Vatara residential area in the early hours of Thursday.

DMP sources said acting on secret information members of international email hackers gang was staying at the area, a team of Counter Terrorism Crime Unit conducted a drive and arrested Kingsle Living Stone, a citizen of Nigeria and Sonia Sharmin from the area early hours of Wednesday.

In primary interrogation the arrestees confesses that they involved with E-mail hacking gang for many years and hacked numerous email account.

A case was filed with Cantonment Police Station in this connection.
