Fire breaks out at city market

A market in capital Dhaka's New Market area caught fire on Friday evening.
The incident took place at Zahan Mansion, said Rozina Akter, an official at the headquarters of Fire Service and Civil Defense.
The fire originated from electric short circuit at around 6:47pm, she said, adding that the firefighters doused the blaze around 7:05pm,
Amount of the losses caused by the fire could not be known immediately, the official also said.
