Pre-Hajj registration ends Tuesday

Hajj pilgrims will have to register their names by Tuesday as the pre-registration time will not be extended further.

Religious Affairs Ministry on Sunday requested all the hajj pilgrims to register their names by Tuesday for this year’s Hajj, which would be performed on September 10, depending on sighting of the moon.

Senior Information Officer of the ministry Anwar Hossain said if the number of Hajj pilgrims exceed 1,01,758, additional pilgrims will remain in the waiting list and they will go for Hajj next year.
