Police officer’s wife gunned down in Ctg

A police superintendent’s wife was gunned down by unidentified miscreants in front of the well food at GEC intersection in Chittagong early Sunday.

The deceased is Mahmuda Khatun, 32, wife of police superintendent Babul Akter. 

According to source, Mahmuda was taking her boy to cantonment public school. Some unidentified miscreants riding a motorcycle intercepted them when they were reaching GEC Mor and shot on her head to confirm her death.

Hearing the news, police officials rushed to the spot. Police are taking CCTV footages from the spot.
