Bus-truck collision kills 4 workers in Bagura

Four workers were killed and 20 others injured in a road accident at Sherpur upazila in Bagura on Wednesday. 

Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately. 

Humayun Kabir, Officer-in-charge of Sherpur Police Station, said a North Bengal-bound salt-laden truck collided head-on with a Sirajganj-bound passenger-bus at Bhoga Bottola area around 12pm, leaving four people dead on the spot and 20 others injured. 

The injured people were admitted to the local health complex and Shaheed Zia Medical College Hospital, the OC added.
