Two women killed in Mohakhali road crash

Two women were killed in a road accident in the capital’s Mohakhali in the wee hours of Wednesday.
Identities of them could not be known immediately.
Md Fajal Islam, duty officer of Banani Police Station, said two women were injured when an unknown vehicle hit a scooter carrying them in front of Setu Bhabhan around 12:45am. Later, the pedestrians rushed them to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH). The two-wheeler had a “Press” sticker on it.
The doctors declared them dead around 1:30am, said Bachchu Miah, In-charge of DMCH police outpost.
