UP polls violence: member aspirant killed in Ctg

A member candidate of fifth phase union parishad election was killed in a clash with rival group at Patiya upazila in Chittagong.
The deceased was identified as Md. Yeasin. He was a UP member candidate of 6 no.Shah Mirpur ward of the upazila.
Apart from two people sustained bullet hit injury in the incident and sent them to Chittagong Medical College Hospital. They are Sharif, 32 and Alam, 20.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (port) Harun Rashid Hazari confirmed the matter to the reporters.
