Dry weather likely
Bangladesh Meteorological Department today predicted that weather would remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours, reports BSS.
“Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, having chances of light rain or drizzle at one or two places over Rangpur and Sylhet divisions,” said a Met office bulletin issued this morning.
Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country from late night till morning, added the bulletin, reports BSS.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the bulletin said.
As an extended outlook for the next 72 hours, the bulletin predicted night and day temperature may fall.
The highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 31 degree Celsius in Cox’s Bazar of Chattogram, while today’s minimum temperature was 11.3 degree Celsius in Srimangal of Sylhet.
The sun sets at 5:35 pm today and rises at 6:43 am tomorrow in the capital.
