Sramik League office evicted in Karwan Bazar

As part of eviction drive against illegal establishments, a mobile court of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) today demolished a local office of Jatiya Sramik League in Karwan Bazar in the capital.
The office belongs to Sramik League Tejgaon thana 26 No. ward unit.
The drive led by DNCC Executive Magistrate Sazid Anwar also evicted illegal establishments built on road and footpath in the area.
Earlier on Wednesday, DNCC Executive Magistrate Aminul Islam conducted the drive in the area and evicted illegal establishments including 80 temporary shops.
The drive started from September 22, according to the DNCC.
