Youth hacked to death in “filmy style” in Fatullah

The miscreants allegedly hacked a youth in “filmy style” to death at Pagla rail station area in Fatullah upazila of Narayanganj in the wee hours on Monday.

The deceased was identified as Rakib, 20, son of Nowshed Bepari from Nayamati Muslimpara area of the upazila, living in a residence owned by Majid Howladar, police confirmed it to Jago News on Monday morning.

Police said, Rakib was a worker in a scraping shop at Nayamati and his home town was at Naria of Nayapara in Shariatpur district.

Main witness and Rakib’s friend Abdullah said, we were returning from a shopping mall buying some cloths around 3:30am when a gang of 4-5 persons including Gear Manik stopped us at the rail station area. The gang rushed me saying theft but when I was been able to back at the spot, found Rakib as a bloody body, laid on a street.
