Health service dept leave cancelled from August 9 to 17

Under direction from Minister of Health and Family Welfare Zahid Malik, MP, all officials and employees of the health service division and directorates/ organisations under the ministry have been asked to remain at their work stations from August 9 to 17 to strengthen and integrate ongoing activities to combat the dengue situation, a press release said.

At the same time, the dengue monitoring team established under the health service wing of the ministry has been instructed to oversee the situation round the clock.
