Khadem found dead in Dhaka mosque

Police recovered the body of a Khadem (caretaker) from Mayor Hanif Jame Masjid adjacent to Ajimpur graveyard on Thursday around 12 pm. 

The deceased is Hanif, 45. The body was sent to Mitford Hospital for autopsy.

Hanif used to live together with four people in the mosque. The investigation is on to find out the reason of the death, said KM Ashraf, officer-in-charge of Lalbagh Police Station.   

Sub Inspector of the police station Abdul Quader said they recovered a body in a sack from an abandoned room of the mosque. The injury mark of sharp weapon was found in his belly.
