BNP leader Rafiqul Islam Mia sent to jail

BNP Standing Committee member Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia was sent to jail on Monday after his surrender in arson cases.

Different Metropolitan Magistrate courts passed the orders rejecting his nine bail petitions.

On the other hand, he was granted bail in four cases filed with Paltan and Motijheel Police Stations.
