Sylhet transport strike withdraw

The indefinite transport strike enforced by Sylhet Transport Owners-Workers Union has been withdrawn on Sunday afternoon following a fruitful meeting with the local administration.

The decision was taken from a meeting at district road transport workers office in Sylhet.

District Transport Workers Union President Salim Ahmed Falik presided over the meeting where general secretary Jakaria Ahmed, Dilu Mia, Vice-president Runu Mia, Moin and others attended.
