3 members of a family found dead in Dhaka

Police recovered three bodies of a family - a woman and her two children - as they were found dead at their house in city’s Uttarkhan area on Sunday around 8:30 pm.
The deceased were identified as Jahanara Khatun Mukta, 47, a housewife, her son Muhib Hasan Roshmi, 28, and daughter Afiya Sultana Mim, 20.
Uttarkhan police station OC Helaluddin said: “After being informed by the locals, we went to the house and broke the door to find the bodies lying on the floor.
“Judging by the state of decomposition of the bodies, we think they may have died around two days ago. The door was locked from the inside.”
