4,734 schools achieve 100 % success in SSC examinations

A total of 4,734 educational institutions achieved 100 percent pass rate in 2016 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations, while the number was 5,095 last year.

Of those, 557 institutions are from Dhaka, 800 from Rajshahi, 119 from Comilla, 357 from Jessore, 88 from Chittagong, 79 from Barisal, 62 from Sylhet, 269 from Dinajpur, while 2134 are under Madrasa Board and 269 under Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).
