Quota reform leader Rashed gets ‘death threat’
Quota reform movement leader Rashed Khan, who was a general secretary candidate in DUCSU polls, was allegedly given a death threat on Wednesday night.
“Two people went to my village house riding on a motorcycle and gave a threat to my family. They said, Rashed is staging demonstration and giving anti-government statement. They also warned my family and said I will be gunned down,” said Rashed.
After getting the threat, my mother felt sick and she was admitted to Jhenaidah Islami Bank Hospital, he added.
