Abed Khan made PIB chairman

The government has appointed renowned journalist Abed Khan as chairman of the board of directors of the Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB).
Information ministry on Monday issued a gazette confirmed regarding the appointment.
The post had been vacant following the death of former editor of Daily Samakal Golam Sarwar on August 13, last year.
