Quader on way to Singapore
Ailing Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader is being taken to Singapore for better treatment.
An ambulance carrying Quader left for Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport from the hospital at 3: 20 pm on Monday.
Earlier on the day, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University VC Kanak Kanti Barua said Obaidul Quader would be taken to Singapore as per the suggestion of Indian cardiologist Devi Shetty.
Eminent cardiologist Devi Shetty landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 12:45pm.
Later he went to Bangabandhu Medical College Hospital (BSMMU) around 1:30 pm where Quader had been receiving treatment.
