Wage board gazette for journalists by Jan 28: Mahmud

Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today said necessary initiatives will be taken to publish gazette of ninth wage board for journalists by January 28 next, reports BSS.
“Necessary initiatives will be taken to publish ninth wage board gazette for journalists — I will begin work from today in this regard,” he said while exchanging views with leaders of BFUJ, Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists and Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) at National Press Club in Dhaka.
