Vessel owners withdraw strike

Vessel owners have withdrawn their strike after a meeting with Shipping Minister Shahjahan Khan at the later`s Secretariat office on Monday.

On April 26, vessel owners went on strike denying to pay the minimum wage announced by the ministry.

Earlier, the vessel workers started work abstention on April 20 demanding a rise in their wage.
