BRTA Proposes to reduce public transport fare 3 paisa per KM
Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) has proposed to reduce public transport fare three paisa per kilometer.
BRTA Chairman Md. Nazrul Islam made the statement at a press conference after a meeting which was held at the BRTA Bhaban at Elenbari in the capital.
Nazrul Islam said, The Road Transport and Bridges ministry reset the transport fares following a proposal of BRTA.
He also said Transport owners proposed 2 paisa reduction but we have proposed 3 paisa reduction per kilometer.
