MBBS entry test held

The admission test into MBBS course for 2018-19 academic sessions under public and private medical colleges was held on Friday.

As many as 65,919 admission seekers appeared at the test against 10,103 seats in public and private medical colleges of the country.

The test was held from 10:00am to 11:00am at 20 centres across the country, including capital Dhaka,  under the health department while five marks will be curtailed for second time admission seekers.

The results of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations of 2018 were published on July 19 showing a pass percentage of 66.64percent, which is 2.27percent lower than 68.91percent of the last year.
