Govt reshuffles 8 district judges, officers

Eight district judges and officials of equivalent ranks have been transferred and given new postings in the latest reshuffle in judicial services.

Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ministry issued a gazette notification to this effect on Monday.

According to the notification, the changes have been brought in the services after the consultation with the Supreme Court.

Rangamati district judge Mohammad Kausar, was made the attached officer (district judge) of law and justice division.

Gopalganj district Judge Md. Dolil Uddin was transferred to Rangamati as district judge.

Natore district judge Md Rejaul karim has been transferred to Sylhet Speedy Trial Tribunal.

Sylhet Speedy Trial Tribunal judge (district Judge) Md. Moqbul Ahsan was made the Natore District Judge.

Judiciary Administration Training Institute director (research and publication) Md. Hasanul Islam was made the judge (district judge) of Brahmanbaria women-children repression prevention tribunal-3.

Brahmanbaria women-children repression prevention tribunal-3 judge SM Ziaur Rahman has been posted as the director of Judiciary Administration Training Institute.

T M Musa, Judge of Khulna Public Safety Crime Prevention Tribunal was transferred to Jessore Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1.

Jessore Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1 judge Amit Dey has been posted to Gopalganj as district Judge.

Besides, Dhaka chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Additional District judge) Md Sifuzzaman Hero promoted to the post of District judge. Following his promotion, he was posted to Khulna Public Safety Crime Prevention Tribunal.
