4 of a family electrocuted in Sunamganj

Four members of a family were electrocuted to death of Dharmapasha in Sunamganj.

The accident took place at Chamardani Union of Ramdhigi village in the upazila.

The deceased were identified as Jagadish sarkar (70), his wife Rita Sarkar(35),his son Ranjit Sarkar(10) and his daughter Sonali Sarkar(10).

Police said in the morning an electric wire of rural electricity was fell off beside Jagadish house. While walking Ranojit came into contact with a live electric wire.

Later, the other three also got electrocuted when they were trying to save Ronjit.

Hearing the news locals and police recovered the dead bodies.
