2 held with 20000 yaba in Teknaf

Two people have been detained with 20,000 pieces of yaba pills from a vehicle of pharmaceutical company in Teknaf on Thursday around 5:30 am.

The detainees are Nurul Islam, 28, of Comilla and Md Manik, 26, of Cox’s Bazar.

BGB Battalion 2 Teknaf Captain Abuzar-Al-Jahid said we searched a vehicle of Drug International Ltd when it reached Damdomia checkpost and detained the two with the yaba pills.

We also seized 20,000 yaba pills from their possession, he added.

Meanwhile, they also detained the driver of the vehicle.
