4 get death for murder in N’ganj

A court in Narayanganj has sentenced four people to death and acquitted three people in a case filed for killing of an electric mechanic Abdul Halim in 2014.
Judge Md. Aminul Islam of Narayanganj District and Session’s Judge Court on Wednesday passed the order.
The court also sentenced four others to 7 years imprisonment and fined them Tk 50,000 each in the case.
Public Prosecutor Wazed Ali Khokon confirmed the matter to Jago News.
The death-row convicts are Iqbal, Sohag, Sadek and Babu Kazi. They all are on run.
The people acquitted are Abul Hossain, Mehedi and Mokter Hossain.
