More capable, skilled graduates now come into govt jobs
Speakers at a programme on Friday evening said that the more capable, skilled and learned graduates are coming into government jobs and other most desirable jobs after attending huge competition that upgrades the service quality and responsibility, says a press release.
They also said a number of job seekers in previous days used unethical way to get job evading competition but the trend is mostly changed due to the systematic development and good practice of ethics and values.
The speakers said these at a reception programme of 36th and 37th BCS cadres (recommended) organized by ODITI Limited, a career-building centre, where Comilla University Vice Chancellor Dr Emran Kabir Chowdhury chaired as a chief guest.
About 100 BCS cadres (recommended) were accorded at the programme that was held at National Museum’s auditorium.
Mentioning the quality-level and wisdom of government officials, the Vice Chancellor said: “The BCS cadres are the filtered brilliants in the country.”
Addressing as a special guest, Zakir Hossain, additional commissioner of Customs, Excise and VAT Commissionerate in Dhaka (South) Custom House under National Board of Revenue, said: “The increase of competition in job field is a good sign for job providers as they can choose the best person for the post.
ODITI Limited’s Managing Director Abdul Latif, presided over the reception programme. The teachers of the centre, along with huge number job seekers, were present at the programme.
