Body parts of two pilots recovered
Body parts of two pilots who were killed in an air-crash on Sunday night have been recovered in Jashore. Around 35 per cent of shattered Airplane have also been recovered.
Deputy-Director of Jashore Fire Service station Porimol Kundu came up with the information on Monday.
He said, around 35 per cent of shattered airplane recovered till now but the engine of the Airplane yet to be recovered. Body parts of two pilots including hands, skull were recovered.
The deceased were identified as Squadron Leader Md Serajul Islam who hailed from Rajbari and Squadron Leader Enayet Kabir Polash from Jamalpur district.
Two pilots of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) were killed when their aircraft K-8W crashed at Book Bhora Baor (water body) near Jessore Airport on Sunday night.
The aircraft took off on a night training mission from the BAF Base Matiur Rahman in Jessore district, 164 km away from capital Dhaka.
