‘No base of IS in Bangladesh’

IS (Islamic State) has no base in Bangladesh said Home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.

The minister made the statement while talking to journalist at his home on Friday.

‘There is no organizational base of IS in Bangladesh. But there might be few followers of IS here’ Minister said.

Kamal alleged ‘IS existence in Bangladesh as local and international conspiracy’.

A significant part of the issue, released online on Wednesday, of the Propaganda magazine Dabiq was devoted to discuss its operations in Bangladesh.

The interview was published in the 14th issue of the IS magazine on 13 April.
